At Bell Tower Electric, we believe good work starts with good values. Since 2020, Alex and Kendra Bell have built the company on faith-based principles and a genuine care for the people they serve. What began with a few side jobs quickly grew into a full-time calling, and today Bell Tower is known across Raleigh for reliable service and a team you can feel comfortable inviting into your home.

Our wall oven had a short in the Junction Box behind the microwave which could have caused a fire. They replaced connectors in the box were installed incorrectly. They replaced the box and the connectors so that now it’s safe. Great job! Greg Jensen

I needed an electrician to identify and fix a problem with all of the the switches and receptacles on one of the circuits in my house. I requested an appointment via their web form and received a call <5 minutes later. They offered an appointment for the next morning, with arrival inside a 1-hour window (and arrived right in the middle of that window). They investigated, diagnosed, and fixed the problem in under 10 minutes, and everything's working well now. They also fixed a malfunctioning three-way switch and replaced two breakers that tended to trip too often--for literally a few dollars more more than the quote for the primary work. Both guys were extremely personable and professional, and the visit didn't feel rushed at any point. Alex was very generous in actually showing me the problems and explaining how they needed to be fixed, as well as answering a number of general electrical questions I asked as a fairly new homeowner always trying to learn basic maintenance skills.
