We called Alex on Friday and he and Juan were able to arrange to be here Monday at 8AM.
Our wall oven had a short in the Junction Box behind the microwave which could have caused a fire. They replaced connectors in the box were installed incorrectly.
They replaced the box and the connectors so that now it’s safe.

I needed an electrician to identify and fix a problem with all of the the switches and receptacles on one of the circuits in my house. I requested an appointment via their web form and received a call <5 minutes later. They offered an appointment for the next morning, with arrival inside a 1-hour window (and arrived right in the middle of that window). They investigated, diagnosed, and fixed the problem in under 10 minutes, and everything's working well now.

They also fixed a malfunctioning three-way switch and replaced two breakers that tended to trip too often--for literally a few dollars more more than the quote for the primary work.

Both guys were extremely personable and professional, and the visit didn't feel rushed at any point.
