    Kim Myhre-Hemphill

    Office Administrator

Kim is the friendly voice and organized force behind our office operations. She’s been with us for over a year and helps make sure everything runs smoothly.

Originally from Minnesota, Kim loves heading to the beach whenever she gets the chance. She’s married and a proud mom of two teenage boys, One in college and one ready to graduate.  So she knows a thing or two about staying busy and keeping things on track!

    Gage Gronley

    Electrician Helper

Gage works alongside lead technicians, learning the ins and outs of electrical circuitry and theory while helping maintain, install, and troubleshoot electrical systems. With two years of residential experience and an AAS in Electrical Systems Technology, he’s especially skilled at running new circuits in new construction—quickly and accurately. Outside of work, Gage loves playing the drums and keeping the rhythm going wherever he can.

    Alston Moore

    Lead Electrician

Alston is the guy who makes sure every job runs smoothly, from keeping the crew on track to wiring up flawless panels you’d actually want to show off. With six years of experience across everything from industrial plants to home remodels, he’s the go-to for EV chargers and standby generators. Customers love his mix of skill and straight talk, and the team counts on him to keep things moving. Off the clock, you’ll usually find him on a four-wheeler, though his next big adventure is becoming a dad. And oddly enough, crawl spaces give him the creeps, and he’s still never been to Six Flags

    Collin Pope

    Apprentice

Collin is the guy helping keep everything moving behind the scenes, making sure materials are where they need to be and the job stays on track from start to finish. He works alongside the lead technicians to keep things efficient, organized, and running smoothly throughout the day. Before getting into electrical, Collin spent some time in plumbing, so he’s no stranger to hands-on work or figuring things out in the field. Whether it’s supporting installs or keeping the pace steady, he’s always focused on helping the crew do their best work. When he’s off the clock, you’ll usually find him fishing, playing pool, golfing, or working on landscaping projects around home.

    Kendra Bell

    Vice President

As Vice President, Kendra is Alex’s sounding board and steady support, helping shape the vision and direction of Bell Tower Electric. She loves getting to know the team and values the unique culture of a family-run business where her boys can grow up surrounded by good men to look up to. At home, Kendra proudly embraces life as a boy mom, cape, mask, and all, and when she’s not in superhero mode, you’ll find her creating art, writing, or adding to her ever-growing collection of children’s books.

    Lucas Stephens

    Apprentice

Lucas is the one making sure the crew has what they need before the work even begins, keeping tools ready, materials prepped, and the job set up for a smooth day. He supports installations and repairs alongside the team, often taking on the tighter, less glamorous spaces like attics and crawl spaces where a lot of important work happens. Lucas got his start in the trade through schooling in Florida and is continuing to build his knowledge with classes at Wake Tech. He’s steady, reliable, and always willing to jump in where he’s needed most. Outside of work, he enjoys watching movies, getting out for a hike, and taking a break from the crawl spaces whenever he can.

    Justin Randall

    Lead Technician

Justin is the one making sure the work gets done right and the next generation knows how to do it the same way. He leads by example, working alongside the crew while teaching junior team members how to approach the job safely, correctly, and with a steady pace. With four years of experience and completed schooling, he brings a strong technical understanding to the field, backed by the discipline he developed during his time in the military. He’s especially drawn to troubleshooting and digging into the theory behind how electrical systems actually work. Outside of work, Justin enjoys building computers, working on cars, and doing his best to keep a respectful distance from bees whenever possible.

    Alex Bell

    President & Owner

As President and Owner of Bell Tower Electric, Alex keeps the company running—from sales and estimates to scheduling and big-picture planning—though he’ll still tell you he works faster than the rest of the crew (the jury’s out on that one). He began his electrical career in Seattle in 2015, spending five years in commercial work before moving to North Carolina, where weekend projects and word-of-mouth referrals quickly grew into something bigger. Now a licensed Master Electrician, Alex blends skill, faith, and a people-first approach that’s made Bell Tower a trusted name around Raleigh. Off the job, you’ll find him on the softball field, spending time with his wife Kendra, or chasing after their two boys, Ezra and Oliver. Believe it or not, this guy who can handle almost anything still isn’t a fan of spiders.
