    Eddie Sanchez

    Operations Manager

Eddie Sanchez is our Operations Manager, the guy who makes sure the business runs smoothly and the right people are in the right roles. A certified electrician since 2016, Eddie brings a wealth of hands-on expertise along with certifications in OSHA safety, heavy equipment, EV chargers, and CPR. His specialty lies in seeing the strengths in each team member and setting them up for success, which keeps our projects efficient and our clients happy. Outside of work, Eddie loves family time; whether that’s taking his kids out for dinner, hitting the road in his bus, or enjoying long road trips together.

    Gage Gronley

    Electrician Helper

Gage works alongside lead technicians, learning the ins and outs of electrical circuitry and theory while helping maintain, install, and troubleshoot electrical systems. With two years of residential experience and an AAS in Electrical Systems Technology, he’s especially skilled at running new circuits in new construction—quickly and accurately. Outside of work, Gage loves playing the drums and keeping the rhythm going wherever he can.

    Alston Moore

    Lead Electrician

Alston is the guy who makes sure every job runs smoothly, from keeping the crew on track to wiring up flawless panels you’d actually want to show off. With six years of experience across everything from industrial plants to home remodels, he’s the go-to for EV chargers and standby generators. Customers love his mix of skill and straight talk, and the team counts on him to keep things moving. Off the clock, you’ll usually find him on a four-wheeler, though his next big adventure is becoming a dad. And oddly enough, crawl spaces give him the creeps, and he’s still never been to Six Flags

    Julian Purvis

    Lead Electrician

Julian is the residential wiring whisperer of the crew, known for turning wiring chaos into clean, reliable systems that work like they were always meant to. With six years of experience, he’s the guy who keeps homes safe, efficient, and inspector-approved. From breaker panels to lighting installs, troubleshooting to upgrades, Julian makes sure every detail is solid and up to code. When the tools are down, he’s happiest with a raw, heartfelt folk-country soundtrack, the kind that feels like a front-porch jam under a wide-open sky. For the record, he thinks good music pairs just as well with a wiring job as it does with a summer evening.

    Kendra Bell

    Vice President

As Vice President, Kendra is Alex’s sounding board and steady support, helping shape the vision and direction of Bell Tower Electric. She loves getting to know the team and values the unique culture of a family-run business where her boys can grow up surrounded by good men to look up to. At home, Kendra proudly embraces life as a boy mom, cape, mask, and all, and when she’s not in superhero mode, you’ll find her creating art, writing, or adding to her ever-growing collection of children’s books.

    Ivan Meza

    Electrician Helper

Ivan keeps every job running smoothly by making sure materials are ready and the team has what they need to get the work done right. He also serves as an electrician in the National Guard. When he’s off the clock, you can usually find him out fishing or staying active at the gym.

    Robert Elrod

    Electrician Helper

Robert keeps homes powered and projects on track, tackling installations, repairs, and maintenance with steady skill. Since 2020, he’s gained hands-on experience across residential electrical work, and at Bell Tower, he’s the one you’ll often find braving crawl spaces and attics without hesitation. A 12R-certified electrician through the U.S. Army at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, Robert combines discipline and training with a can-do attitude that makes him a reliable part of the crew. Outside of work, he’s a part-time student at Southeastern, pursuing seminary and full-time ministry. Believe it or not, he finds wiring in tight crawl spaces easier than writing research papers

    Alex Bell

    President & Owner

As President and Owner of Bell Tower Electric, Alex keeps the company running—from sales and estimates to scheduling and big-picture planning—though he’ll still tell you he works faster than the rest of the crew (the jury’s out on that one). He began his electrical career in Seattle in 2015, spending five years in commercial work before moving to North Carolina, where weekend projects and word-of-mouth referrals quickly grew into something bigger. Now a licensed Master Electrician, Alex blends skill, faith, and a people-first approach that’s made Bell Tower a trusted name around Raleigh. Off the job, you’ll find him on the softball field, spending time with his wife Kendra, or chasing after their two boys, Ezra and Oliver. Believe it or not, this guy who can handle almost anything still isn’t a fan of spiders.
